ตื่นมา สายวันใหม่ กับการหัวฟู เเถมสภาพผิวมันเคลือบๆ มีเม็ดๆสิวขึ้นบ้าง เหมือนจะมีอาการเริ่มลอก เเต่ก็ไม่ลอก รู้สึกว่าหน้าขาวขึ้น ส่วนจุดที่ย่ำเเย่คือ ร่องปากเเละ หัวคิ้ว ... มีรอยเเดงๆ คันนิดๆ เเต่อยากจะบอกว่า อยากบีบสิวมากๆ เห็นเป็นเม็ดดำๆ เเต่โดนเตือนไว้อย่าไปเเค่ะมันเด็ดขาดสะกดอารมณ์ชั่วร้ายในจิตใจตัวเองเอาไว้ อย่าบีบสิวนะ อย่าบีบสิว เเต่ว่าสิวตัวร้ายมันก็เสนอตัว หัวดำๆ ท้าทายซะเหลือเกิ๊น

อาทิตย์ที่4 หลังการใช้Bio plasma peeling รู้สึกว่ามีเม็ดๆ เเละมีสิวขึ้นบางจุด เเต่หน้าขาวขึ้น เเละมีความรู้สึกมันๆ นิดหน่อย รอยจุดด่างดำจากสิวลดไป ไม่เเสบ คัน ลอกเเล้ว เเต่มีอาการผิวเเห้งนิดๆๆ ความรู้สึก ขณะนี้ยังสบายมากอยู่ค่ะ

13/8/13 อยู่ยังไงเนี๊ยะ หน้าไม่ได้เเต่งมาเดือนกว่า ไม่มีรองพื้นเเม้เเต่นิด โทรมโครต อยากจะบอกช่วงนี้ผิวลื่นมาก ขนาดเเห้งๆนะ 

อันนี้เกิดจากหลังทำเครื่อง ผิวจะเเห้งๆ ลอกๆ เป็นขุย ประมาณ 4 วันจะหายไป

...In plasma treatment antiinflammatory, antipruritic, antimicrobial, tissue stimulation, stimulation of microcirculation, and other therapeutic effects are achieved in a single treatment due to the combined action of ultraviolet radiation, reactive oxygen species (e.g. ozone), reactive nitrogen species, and electric fields. In line with other reports, we have already demonstrated the use of direct plasma treatment in skin disinfection, in atopic eczema (superinfected dermatitis), in modulating the epidermal barrier, as well as in chronic wound treatment. We as well as others did not notice any side effects of plasma treatment so far
4. Treatment of eczema
Atopic eczema is a very common chronic medical condition throughout the population (3–5%). Predisposition sites include the great flexures on the arms and legs. Usually a combinatory treatment of eczema is performed including a moisturizing treatment as a basic treatment, followed by topical antiinflammatory (e.g. corticosteroids) and antimicrobic treatments. Due to therapeutic resistance this is often combined with UV-phototherapy. The long-term adequate combination of these different topical treatments is often difficult to pursue for the patient at home and the combination of several treatments per day is laborious [41].

We treated an adult patient with atopic eczema for 30 days and for 1 min/d with the DBD device on a defined area on the external aspect of the left upper arm. The right side served as a control. A moisturizing basic emollient treatment was allowed for both sides. After plasma treatment itch was reduced for 4 h and after 30 days itch was overall reduced from 8 to 3 on a 10-point scale (0: No itch; 10: Worst itch). Agar plates pressed onto the skin showed a more than 10-fold reduction in bacterial colonization (Staphylococcus aureus). In addition, an overall improvement of the eczema (skin redness) was observed [42]. The reduction of bacterial colonization is in line with another study from Daeschlein et al. [37] who found an eradication of Staphylococcus aureus after cold plasma treatment on colonized skin. Protective physiological flora (Staphylococcus epidermidis) was mobilized from deeper skin to the surface and was still present.

Recently, Isbary et al. [43] reported the successful treatment of Hailey–Hailey disease, another superinfected dermatitis, with cold atmospheric plasma. This genetic disease is caused by a defect in the ATP2C1 gene resulting in skin erosions, inflammation and bacterial superinfection predominately in the axillae and groins. Daily cold plasma treatments for 5 min were performed and led to significant improvement of the disease after 11 treatments

What are the side effects and complications?
Portrait appears to be very well tolerated by most patients, particularly low-energy treatments (Portrait Express™). Shaving or application of make-up can be done soon after treatment. In most cases, patients can return to work directly after treatments or the following day, depending upon their skin condition and treatment.

To date no major side effects have been reported. Some of the side effects and complications that may occur, especially after higher energy level treatments include:

Excessive desquamation (scaling, peeling) and some crusting
Redness and swelling for up to one week after treatment – this can be helped by applying an ice pack at 10-minute intervals for the first 24 hours. Where patients have received PSR3 with two high energy passes, redness can persist up to 6 to 8 weeks after treatment.
Temporary hyperpigmentation

คุณสมบัติในการฆ่าเชื้อนี้เอง ความร้อนเเละประจุไฟ ในพลาสม่าเย็น จึงเอามาทำการลอกหน้า

ในกรณีคนที่โดนเสตรีรอยด์ ผิวติดเสตรีรอยด์ ผิวที่โดนไฮโดรควินโนน หรือสารเคมีรุนเเรงบนใบหน้าผิวบาง ผิวเเพ้ง่ายซึ่งเกิดจากเเพ้สารเคมีรุนเเรง ใช้อะไรก็เเพ้ ผิวที่ผ่านยาหมอ ครีมหน้าขาวทั้งหลาย

สามารถบรรเทาอาการเหล่านี้ได้ เเต่ขึ้นอยู่กับปัจจัยของผิวที่โดนกระทำมา มีรายนึงเป็นเคสที่โดยเสตรีรอยด์ มา 5ปี จนยาเสตรีรอยด์ทั้งหลายเอาไม่อยู่ ผลข้างเคียงของยาเสตรีรอยด์คือ ทำให้ผิวเเตกลาย

ในสัปดาห์ที่ 3-4 ของการรักษาเจ้าเครื่อง plasma เย็น เริ่มมีการอาการผิว เเห้ง ลอก อีกเเล้ว

เเต่นิดเดียว สิวอุดตันขึ้นมา เเล้วหายไป เเล้วขึ้นมาใหม่ เเต่รูขุมขนกระชับขึ้นมาก  สิวเสี้ยน เเทบไม่มี

เหตุที่สิวอุดตันขึ้น เนื่องจากเราไปเเพ้สัมผัสอะไรมา เเต่มันขึ้นๆเเล้วหาย ไม่อัก้เสบ

ส่วนการการเซ็บเดิม เดี๋ยวมา เดี๋ยวหาย เเต่ไม่กังวล เพราะคุณหมอชาญชัยบอกมันเป็นเรื่องปกติ
